HOW CAN I BE ASSURED YOU'RE USING QUALITY PARTS AND EQUIPMENT WHEN BUILDING MY POOL?
We only use the best parts and equipment available in the industry. When speaking with our staff, you can learn more specifically about the brands that we sell. Our primary supplier, SCP Pool Corporation, is our source for many of the name brands you are probably familiar with.

WILL WE BE REQUIRED TO BE HOME THE ENTIRE TIME DURING CONSTRUCTION?
No. There are only a few times that we need you to be home during the construction. One time would be the day that the electrician and gas people are there to hook the utilities up to your equipment. You will also need to water down the gunite structure two to three times a day for about seven days, as well as turn the water off after the pool is filled to the middle of the tile line the day after plaster.

I'VE HEARD THAT HOMEOWNERS CAN ACT AS THEIR OWN CONTRACTOR AND SAVE MONEY. IS THIS TRUE?
Contracting your own pool is penny wise and dollar foolish. So called consultants and designers are putting you at great risk by promoting this type of construction. First, is it illegal in Texas to hire an unlicensed contractor to work on your pool project and you may be fined as much as $5,000 for doing so. More importantly, you may be liable if a worker is injured on your property because this is not covered by your homeowner's insurance policy. A licensed pool contractor will be happy to demonstrate that he or she carries adequate insurance to protect you and your home when working on your property.

CAN I USE MY NEW POOL ALL YEAR AROUND?
Yes, you can. We can heat your pool with a heat pump, gas heater or solar water heater to ensure your new pool is warm enough for swimming all year around. However, if your pool is heated, it will need a cover on at night to stop heat loss.

WILL YOU SUPPORT AND HELP MAINTAIN MY POOL AFTER IT'S COMPLETED?
We build relationships. Just because we've completed your pool does not mean that our relationship ends. We will be with you to help service and maintain your pool long after it’s finished. The level of involvement we have in maintaining your pool is up to you. We have set up a maintenance schedule to keep your pool in peak condition throughout the year.
