Our customers receive professional service every week throughout the year. Customer histories are kept in our custom designed software package. We leave a door hanger after each service call to let you know how we have treated your pool and when you may be able to swim again. We will also list any needed repairs that would required our tech department to repair.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During office hours, should an emergency arise, a technician can be radio dispatched as soon as possible. For those times when the office is closed, you have the option to leave a message or call the emergency mobile number provided for immediate assistance.

FULL SERVICE POOL MAINTENANCE

River Oaks Pools will perform these services for each weekly service call:

• Test the water for chlorine, pH, acid demand, and total alkalinity
• Treat water with necessary chemicals to ensure sanitation and proper balance
• Brush the pool walls and floor, as needed
• Skim the pool surface
• Clean the skimmer and pump baskets
• Clean pool sweep bag, filters and screens
• Vacuum, as needed
• Backwash and clean the filter system, as needed
• Pool and spa equipment will be activated and checked for accuracy
• Clean and polish any handrails or stainless steel poles, wash down the deck, as needed

River Oaks Pools will supply all the necessary chemicals for the services outlined. Specialty chemicals such as conditioner and algaecide may be added at an additional charge. To provide optimum filtration of your pool and spa water, we recommend that you run your equipment from 6 to 8 hours during the winter months and from 8 to 10 hours during the summer months. Also, we recommend that the water level be maintained in the middle of the perimeter tile or skimmer entry.
