Rich and I wanted to write and tell you how thrilled we are with our River Oaks Pool. From the beginning, you provided excellent customer service. You were so patient as we changed our minds several times with the design of the pool. We loved your innovative ideas.

Construction of our pool began right away and Johnnie kept us well informed of all the stages of our pool construction. I was impressed with how you were always checking in to see how the pool was coming along.

It was great to have free service for the first month. John did a great job with pool school and following up on any open items. Every member of the River Oaks staff has been very professional and helpful.

I highly recommend River Oaks Pools to anyone considering having a pool built. We received a high quality pool. We are very pleased with the beauty of our pool. We had our family out from back East for Easter. We heated the pool and swam for the first time. We really enjoyed ourselves and our wonderful new swimming pool.
